Message So I ordered a set from ssautochrome. Needless to say their customer service sucks. I understand some people have had bad experiences, most involved their turbos. I figured the RUCA's were a pretty safe bet since they really don't involve "moving parts".

09/27/06--Ordered the RUCA's

10/02/06--Recieved RUCA's. They were nothing as described in the auction. They are NOT Motoria brand. They are NOT oval tubing. They do NOT have the additional bracing on the bracket. The ones they shipped were absolute crap. The two sides of the arms weren't even welded onto the bracket evenly. They are the same POS's that other ebay vendors are selling for $20. Just look for the cheapest looking ones, and those are what mine looked like.

10/03/06--Emailed ssuautochrome

10/04/06--Attempted to contact ssautochrome through their site

10/08/06--Filed Complaint through Paypal

10/18/06--Escalated to Claim

10/28/06--Case closed by Paypal stating required response not rec'd by me in time???? Looked for any mention of "deadline". There was none. From Paypal site:

"How long do I have to respond to a claim?

To ensure that claims are resolved in a timely manner, both buyers and sellers are required to respond to requests for information within specific timelines. The deadline can be found on the Claim Details page.

Keep this deadline in mind. Failure to supply information within the deadline may result in a claim automatically being decided in the seller's favor."

Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim.

It is quite obvious this seller has no intention on settling this dispute outside of a claim. I am tired of waiting. I have emailed the seller numerous times and have waited patiently for any reply. At this time, I have yet to hear from the seller. I can provide pictures of the actual item received vs the item the seller continues to list.

The rear arms I received were not the Motoria ones as pictured in the listing. They are of signficantly lesser quality. The welds are poor and uneven. One of the camber arms isn't even straight--one side of the ring was welded 1/4 inch below the other side. The tubing is weak and round as opposed to the strong oval tubing used in the Motoria arms pictured in your listing. The reason I purchased from you over your competition was due to the superior design of the Motoria rear camber arms. They have an extra brace around the mounting bracket (which the ones I recieved are lacking) and are also made of oval tubing as opposed to round. I would like to exchange these for the actual "Motoria" ones as shown in your listing. I am a Twinturbo.net member and have done extensive research on the different rear camber arms available for the 300zx before settling on the Motoria design. I understand you do a high volume of business and cannot inspect every item that is shipped to make sure it is what's pictured in your listings. Mistakes happen. I would like to exchange the camber arms I recieved for the Motoria ones pictured in all of your listings. If you no longer carry the Motoria brand, or they are unavailabe, I would like a full refund including shipping/handling charges. I have attempted contacting you via email and through ebay without success. Hopefully we may resolve this matter without further delay. Thank you, Scott"

10/31/06--Filed appeal

11/03/06--Appeal denied

11/03/06--Contacted Citibank to issue chargeback and shipped RUCA's back
